TSH, Free T4 and anti-thyroid peroxidase(I am assuming this is thyroid antibodies) all came back well within the normal range. Also my ANA came back positive so I know I have an AI disease of some sort.

check out Hypothyroidism and CFIDS (if you have had severe symptoms for at least 6 months).

OK....my thyroid has been screened. I dont have low thyroid. Also chjronic fatigue may be an option but there is no real way to prove that you have CFS. Just examine the symptoms and make an assumption.
But what I am reallly wondering is what I wrote in the first post of this thread. Has anyone experienced these symptoms?

A lot of times those symptoms you described are diet related. Before any one starts to feel misunderstood, I found out while taking vitamin B-12 injections, that I was allergic to the preservative that was in the B-12 vial to pro long the shelf life of the vitamin! It takes a genious to think of all the allergens that are in everything that we use nowdays and do not think of having been exposed to. This may not specifically answer your question, but take a closer look at what you eat, what you wear, and what types of medications you may take and check to see if you are taking any vitamins you may be allergic to. My brother is allergic to any vitamins that have niacin in them.

I just had an ana test positive, I have had light headedness, confusion, inability to focus, severe headaches, my temperature was 96.0 over the week-end during a terrible headache that lasted for 2 days and nights. I have a follow up visit tomorrow , hopefully to have some answers. You are not alone.
