Hi,

I wondered if any one could help, I get acid reflux up in to my throat occasionally. Fat and alcohol make the problem worse and my indigestion and reflux does not go away when I take antacids.

I was wondering if this sounds like I have a weak lower eosphageal sphincter muscle and if anyone else has the same problem and has advice about how to decrease the severity of the indigestion.

Try gaviscon or an otc zantac or pepcid ac or even otc prilosec. If that doesnt work you might need to see a doc about prescription strength meds.
