ok first problem im worried about... lately my left hand has been numb, mainly in my fingers, and mainly in the pinky, this sometimes happens for a week at a time and lasts for hours, also minor numbness in my feet, very minor.. also while this happens i get a headache a very slow, mild pain headache that lasts for a week at a time. im 25 years old, in pretty good shape physically. i work out 4-5 times a day..... blood pressure was at 125 over somthing.. lol i cant remeber... resting pulse is high at ike 80.
ok 2nd question, i just got off the tread mill, just started running again for the first time in a year or more, im running fast for half mile to start out. well after i got done running i now have a sore throat, and i was coughing for an hour after i stopped, could this be asthma? thanks i live in colorado and its very dry and im from texas originally so im hoping its just due to the air.

These are not symptoms to be ignored! A blockage in an artery or vein could cause this and you need to be persistant in getting your doctor to run appropriate tests to determine the cause.

It might not be related at all. Asthma is when it is hard to breath, not coughing or getting a sore throat. You might have a bacterial infection or a virus. If you take vitamins, try taking about 5 grams of vitamin C a day in divided doses. That has always worked for me when I had a sore throat. You can also try liquid grapefruitseed extract, a couple of drops in 2 ounces of water. This is very bitter but it kills virus and bacteria and it is inexpensive.
