Hi. Im 16. One night recently i took one of my gel caps after being on the bench press. All night i had a pain in my chest and It felt as tho the pill was stuck in there. And after mowing a lawn i took a pill and i could feel the same pain. Why dont they go down? I have asthma dunno if thats related or what. Its terrible having a pill stuck in your chest for the night and half of the next day.

Do you drink something to take your pills?? That can make a big difference. Also try eating some bread maybe after you take it; that might help it go down and digest it a bit more.
