Hi -- can someone tell me what the optimum amount of CoQ10 and Omega-3 is? I've started taking for hypertension, but I notice that my multi-vitamin also has both ingredients. I actually think I'm taking too little of both.

I must say, I'm totally confused over vitamin choices. I went to a site where they did a personal analysis of your vitamin needs, and that ended up costing $150/month!

If I take a women's daily supplement, CoQ10, Omega-3, citrus bioflavanoids --is that enough? I should mention, I don't have a very healthy diet and am working to take off about 60 lbs. Thanks for your responses.

What you take depends on what issues you are dealing with. Although CoQ10 and Omega 3 are both good products, why, exactly, are you taking them?

Thanks for posting! I'm taking for heart health -- I have hypertension and have heard both are beneficial.
