Hello all. First I must apoligize for bothering you all with a question. Ishould say I know people worry unnessarily abotu HIV, but add that I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder with obsession of HIV a main worry, this is so hard for me.

I just had a negative HIV result and thought back to 2 months ago an encounter where oral sex was done on me for a brief 5 seconds. and later the man ejaculated onto my stomach. My better sense is saying, youre fine, but Im worried that maybe I could of gotten HIV. (im female)

The reason, I know there is a 3 month thransmission, and this was 2 months before I got the blood taken.

I know you guys are very knowledgeable, and I promise to stop bothering you all with my silly question.

you are just fine hun. no way you got HIV from that encounter. have you seen someone about the OCD? you should be able to enjoy a healthy sex life without the threat of HIV racking your brain. you should talk to someone and get help because you don't have to live like this, but no you didn't get HIV from what you just described. good luck!

Thank you so much. that post meant a lot to me. I do see a doctor, as I have been struggling with this disorder for 11 years and it never gets easier. It seems that every sexual episode with someone manages to haunt me later on.

You don't really bother me persay however,I have OCD along with a few other things and my main worry is contracting HIV so I latched to this disease as if I had it.I had all symptoms,lived my life like I have it.See a doctor.This lifestyle is NOT normal.I know you are obsessing I have been there too.It is so hard to go through. Here I know pretty much the only threads answered on this site are HIV threads the people who answer these are very nice and HELPFUL.
