Recently I've had pains in my chest when I lay down, mostly at night when I'm trying to go to sleep. They're not sharp, stabbing pains but more like dull and achy and really annoying. And oddly enough, it only happens when I'm lying on my right side. I'm assuming that because it only happens when I'm on my right side that it's (hopefully) not heart-related, but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what it could possibly be.

Any thoughts?
