I heard on the radio that ultra 90,which contains the human growth hormone, whatever that might be,anyhow, I heard that it supposedly helps with FM. My question is has anyone tried it? I am newly diagnosed at 36,very busy mother of 2 ,would appreciate any help for relief of my pain. I have tried Ibuprofen therapy and anti inflammatories, vioxx, and heat. Please help?

Was this an advertisement type notice or actual health discussion forum speaking about fibromyalgia? :bouncing: Thanks!

It was an advertizement, but it was the DJ's discussing it,they happened to mention that it was for weightloss but was good for hair, skin, nails, and had reports about helping with fm.

I would personally call the radio station, get more info on it and look it up on the net. There are so many infomericals  out there that pay the DJ's to advertise. I have bounced around for over a year trying to find relief, so I know the frustration  that is coming from you. Pain, stiffness, lack of sleep, memory...you name it. The medications have so many side effects that just when you think you may have something that works....the side effects out way the medicines helpfulness. Presently I am taking b12, e, flaxseed oil, multi, calcium, c and magnesium. I have never given the combination a try, but in light of recently getting off of the pain med and Welbutrin, i have to try something. Hopefully within the next two weeks I can find a new doctor ....AGAIN. She feels medicine poisions your system and took me off everything. I don't like taking it...but with FM you have to take something for relief to live. It's just frustrating to bounce :bouncing: from doctor to doctor.

Have you tried a pain management doctor? I haven't....but I have heard by some, that especially the physical therapy helps. Also Rheumoltologist....Having an especially bad day. Must close. Take care! Gentle hugs.
