When I eat certain types of foods... such as sunflowerseeds, peanuts, bananas, green pepper uncooked, brocoli uncooked, I get severe pain in upper part of my stomach... feels almost like the stomach flu... then I get terrible diarea... and feel nausiated. Its almost like the food isnt getting digested... and causing such pain. PLEASE ANY ONE ELSE EXPERIENCE THIS????? Thanks!!! :) Also, I burp... and it has this weird taste... its the same taste everytime I get this. Sounds grose but thought I better throw this in there. Thanks!

Do you have digestion problems with other foods too? Do these problems show up in a variety of patterns, no matter what you eat?
The foods you listed are difficult for the body to digest, so you may be starting Irritable Bowel Syndrome. At first it seems only certain foods cause a problem, eventually leading to all foods causing it, but with no rhyme or reason to the "episodes".
If your problem has occured for longer than 2-3 months, or if you are losing weight without trying, please see your medical professional for a thorough evaluation.
