Lately I keep having heartburn! To the point where I'm afraid to eat, it's just to uncomfortable.
It would last for weeks with a couple days in between of relief. I've had this happen several times before where it would lasts for weeks off and on.
It's usually really bad after eating Mexican food or Italian food or just to much food.
Is this the start of Gerd do you know?
Or is it just the acidy foods and to much food at once? But, I didn't have the problem before, could it be because of that Word "Aging"? I'm 39.
Should I be concerned?
