Hey Jen,

Still don't have much time.... but I got to thinking that you may be able to find info on Pitts Children's Hpt. on line. Worth a try any way. I've ran across hpt info where maps and lists of services are included and everything.

If I get the chance later in the day I'll see if I can find anything on it.

...need to scoot... I guess a road is closed that I normally take to the office, I'll have to take the long way in - bout 1.5 hours - one way when that happens.

Hang in there kiddo!

Hi Jennifer,

How far are you from the Cleveland area? The Cleveland Clinic has a great Comprehensive Epilepsy Program. Our Epi knows one of the doctors there very well. She thinks it's a great program. Also, Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. There are more...
Use your search engine and type in Epileptologist, Comprehensive Epilepsy Programs (or clinics) and change the words around. Also, contact your local (or nearest) Epilepsy Foundation (you can go to the Epilepsy Foundation of America on the internet and they will direct you) and ask for an Epileptologist.

Good Luck,

hello vicki,

we are still sending him to pittsburgh as of right now. i am see gage's pediatrician the 23 and see what she thinks about it. im not sure if because he has medical assistance we have to stay in PA or not. cleveland is another state but ill be asking his dr. about all of this. so far we are doing good. his night spells seem to be coming out more often then they were. he has had 3 since last monday and thats how he was in teh begining. they dwindled down to almost nothin. now all of a sudden they are back. so im hoping they are still here when we got to pittsburgh. i will keep you all posted as to what the pediatrician says next week. havea good day all.
