It seems that alot of the problems down there are caused by its tendency to swell the prostate up; the prostate has loads of NE receptors apparently. Has anyone ever tried to take Saw Palmetto to fix this? I read before that it is nearly as effective as the leading prescription (Flomax), and one of the side effects of Flomax is priapism. I don't want that, but anything that has something to do with an erection as a side effect would be a great benifit to anyone on Strattera.
