View Full Version : One more question re: Becalm'd

For those of you who are taking becalm'd and are familiar with dosing and interactions with other meds, I have a question. I just ordered the product and was amazed at how fast I received it. 2 days! In the information about dosage amount and how to take, it states that it should be taken 2 hours separately from other medications. My daughter takes Adderall XR in the morning but I want to go ahead and start her on becalm'd which I understand is safe to do. However, she needs to take the Adderall in the morning and she also needs to take becalm'd in the morning but we don't have 2 hours to separate the dosing. She is only at home 1 hour prior to going to school and there's no way I can depend on her taking one of these once she gets to school. Any suggestions?

When I was first switching from meds to supplements what I did was this:

Got an alarm clock with 2 alarms on it.

Set one for 5am (1hour before I had to wake up - this also made it so that the med had kicked in by the time I woke up ) and took meds, then right b4 I left I took the supplement.

Some might like taking supplements first, meds second. Switch them around to see which works best for her.
