Hi guys!
About 3 months ago i broke the navicular bone in my foot. Today i got the cast removed and i was wondering if anyone has broken their navicular bone before and if they made a full recovery and if they had an problems afterwards. Im a little concerned about how it will affect me because i play soccer and basketball and i hope that i play these again.
