Hi everyone,

Still doing really well, managed to shop this morning and felt 99% normal. Went into clothes shops, looked through racks of clothes and seemed ok. Made myself move my head a lot, looking round and up and down just to "test" myself but still felt ok. Feeling like this for a lot of the day now which is brilliant, cant quite believe it.

I know all my symptoms wont disappear overnight but I'm still left with a dull, headache and blocked ear feeling. Its almost as if when I swallow/yawn I can feel something sticky in there (sorry for the horrible description). Anyone any ideas what this is? Will it just get better as the dizziness has? Is it just a matter of time?

Dont get me wrong I'm grateful fo the improvements I have but sure would be nice to be 100%, maybe I'm asking too much too soon.
