Is there a good supplement that can be taken for bursitis in one foot? Will something take the swelling down?

You could try bromelain at a dose of 500mg 3 x day on an empty stomach. Make sure the bromelain supplies atleast 2000GDU. Turmeric is also useful. Take 1/2 teaspoon twice a day on an empty stomach.

The best thing for that is to wear VERY supportive shoes, don't go barefoot. Takes a while, but it heals.
