Hello all! I'm hoping some of you can give me some insight on some stomach pain I've been having. Last Friday I had horrible pain in my stomach - way up high, right under my diaphragm. It was very painful, but didn't put me out of commission. After a couple hours, it subsided. This morning, (Monday) it happened again, only this time it did put me out of commission - it was excruciating! It lasted about 20 minutes at the worst, but hung on for another few hours. I was also extremely bloated - this and the pain just came out of nowhere. I hadn't eaten anything and had only had a half cup of coffee. I had my gallbladder out six years ago, so I know it's not that. Do these symptoms sound familiar to anyone?

Thanks so much for your help!

It sound like muscle spasms or cramping. You could try a homeopathic remedy -- Magnesia Phos-- taken when needed. Any potency should work. IF it does then it indictes your diet lacks magnesium.

You can buy it at a health food store and take it like it says on the container-- it's OUTSTANDING for all types os spasms or cramps like you describe!!

God Bless---Harry

The pain was mostly across the middle and the left side. It felt very much like a real sharp, strong spasm - I hadn't ever felt anything like it. It was recommended that I take magnesium and I really think that has helped.
