I quit smoking on January 11th. This last week I felt just awful. I was tired all the time, my brain wasn't working right, etc. Well, I found out my blood pressure is lower. I don't need to take as much medicine as I have been! That's why I felt so bad. So, I'm back to my usual perky self and one pill down!

I'm sure that's why my blood pressure is lower. I imagine that when I drop my patches from 14 to 7 etc. I will have to keep an eye on it. Wouldn't it be wonderful if I didn't need any meds? I think so!

Go guilt (it's not your birthday) Go guilty LOL HAHAHHAHA I know I"m silly today. ;) Ok every day but anyway. LOL
That's great guilty and mine actually went up a little. LOL It used to be low so now I guess I'm normal - at least for bp's sake. HA HA
Yes, I'm just happy that I've saved so much money (I also cut out my starbucks as well) or should I say - redistributed it to other bills. LOL
Keep us posted guilty and congrats on your improved health - I'll bet you that you'll reduce your meds even further once you're fully down to no mg. :)
