I am 24 and I am considering using probiotics to help with overall heath. I was wondering if anyone has tried them and what their results have been?

I am especially hoping to hear from someone who has had tremendous health benefits from using probiotics. Please list brands used if possible.

*Side note any good alternatives to probiotics that would lead to similar results is encouraged and appreciated?

Thank you  for sharing

I take my probiotic every morning, before I eat anything! Make sure to take it before any food, so first thing in the morning is best. A probiotic are "good bug" that mix in the "bad bgs" in your body. Basically, it's an immune boost, which will keep your immune system up at all times. I am NEVER sick, thanks to the probiotic. I have to admit, I also take a million and one other vitamins on a daily basis. As far as the company, it's call PhyoPharmica. You probably won't find these, if you do, I suggest them. There are a few different types, some are required to be in the refridge and some not. The ones that I take, have to be in the refridge.

I highly suggest visiting their website and doing some research on your own!

Good Luck!
