Hey guys,
I really feel as though I live in a hell. Im 21 yrs old and a student and Ive suffered from an undiagnosed disease for about 4 years but has gotten a lot worse over the last 2 years. I live with two other students, a couple. I dont really know where to begin in describing what life is like here, it feels so unreal. Because of my physical problems I have loss of sensations in my legs, migranes, eyes inflammation (cant see well), arthritis, bowel inflammation, urethritis, total exhaustion among a myriad of other issues including seizures. My room is about 8mtrs square which including my bed + desk means I have only a tiny floor space - wouldnt mind too much as Im a student a broke so I cant afford anything larger. The point is Im feeling very trapped. I cant get down the stairs without incredible effort or bathe myself because several times Ive had seizures in the bath and half drowned. The kitchen is downstairs so I cant even get something to eat. The 2 I live with couldnt care less. When they leave the house each day they turn the heating off. It gets so cold it hurts and I just want to cry because I cant get to the heating controls. If Im sick they make ridiculous noise, hoovering at 11.30pm, playing loud music even if they know I have a migrane, even banging on my door (7 times in 6 hours) forcing the door open and shaking me and screaming abuse at my partner when they're asked to stop. When hunger does force me downstairs, after I run out of bread in my room, I'll often find theyve taken things from the kitchen so I cant make food. I cant cook using the hob or oven because its so dangerous - the seizures and cooker have ended me up in hospital for burns before. They take the toaster, kettle, microwave, even cooking oil and hide them in thier room. The only light in my life is my partner. Hes a full time student so he can only give me 2 days a week but he cares for me, takes me to docs, makes sure I eat, bathe and am happy. He's given me so much and Im thankful for such a wonderful part of my life. All my money goes on meds and travelling to docs 140 miles away who are specialists so I cant even afford to move to a better place. UK DSS wont help me because Im a student. I believe Im going to die and rot in this hellish place.

Wow. The seizures couldn't be cause by any of the meds, could they?
I'm glad you at least have someone looking out for you.

Im on painkillers, NSAIDs, and injectable b12. Docs wont give me anything else because they dont know what causes the seizures.
