Hello everybody, After eating a BIG bowl of Sugar Free Jello last night I got a upset stomach and had gas. Has this happened to anyone else? Could it be the asperteme in it? Please help-I have been having cravings lately for carbs and thought maybe sugar free jello would help, and it did, but if it is bad then I'll have to cut that out too.
