Well your friend must not have given it time. Cause it sure is hec working for me. I have been taking trimspa for a month now and I feel great. I don't know how much weight I have lost, but I am looking good. :bouncing:

Honestly I seen that Anna Nicloe Smith used it and lost 69lbs I know it sounds cheesy but she looks great.I take xanax and serzone does anyone know if trimspa would interact?Do you feel really strung out on it?I know sometimes pills like that can make you feel like your bouncing off the walls.

It definitely works. But I don't like the way it works. You take it before you eat and all it does is force you to fill up on less foods. So, in essence it works. But a healthy diet is definitely better because as soon as it wears off you're starving.

Well, my thinking was that it would help shrink my stomach as I ate less and get my body used to eating less. Then once I've stopped, I will be used to eating smaller portions, you know? Maybe my theory is flawed but that's what I'm aiming for with this. So far, 3 lbs. lost in 8 days! WOO HOO!

Thank you but I don't think I'm going to take it I'm just to nervous to take those kind of diet drugs.Not to say it's not ok for anyone else who is on them I just don't like mixing stuff like that with my meds.Wish me luck so far I've been eating right and exercising everyday and loosing weight so hopefully I can stick with it.

I don't feel strung out at all. I do feel that I don't eat as much. I am actually having to take 2 in the morning now. Only because I feel that I am at a peak in my goal. I certainly am alot more regular if you know what I mean. And that is the biggest problem with people over weight. They tend to carry it in their digestive system. Once you clean that out , you feel much better. You don't eat as much and you can breathe better.

I saw Anna Nicole and she looks great. I have a hard time believing that it was only the Trimspa, don't get me wrong I would love to believe that is all you had to do was take the pills. I wished I knew if the worked for sure or not before I spend any money on them. I dont want anymore dissapointments.

Second, she's a spokesperson for Trimspa, so they're gonna make damn sure she loses that weight. I'm sure they had someone watching what she ate, a personal trainer, plenty of gym time.
