You may want to try Stresstabs as these are mainly your 'B' vitamins and are the most important for you to be taking. A one-a-day would be good too to start with, so compare the two and what's in each one and then decide which one fits your needs the best. There's soooo many you can take but if you want to start easy and simple, one of the two I mentioned would be a good place to start.

hi, just a suggestion. i'm a 28 year old female who was also concerned about what vitamins i should take. i went into gnc and they suggested women's ultra mega vitamins that are high potency designed for a women's nutritional needs. i JUST bought them so i'll let you know if i'm satisfied. i done some research on them and they were one brand that was considered to pass, like some test through some major company. sorry i don't remember the name. they are about 16.99 for 45 days worth and it covers almost every vitamin, with exra antioxidants for example, bee pollen powder, choline cranberry, lutien, and a few more. they are derived from a natural source ie, non-synthetic and i feel i got my money's worth because i don't feel i need to take any additional vitamins. for example, the vitamin e is (as d-alpha tocorpheral) which is the natural form and the vitamin contains 333% of your daily value. so, 16.99 a month is not bad considering i don't have to purchase anymore cause it's all in one!! hope this helps! :) i posted a thread earilier and waiting to see if anyone else takes this vitamin and was wondering their results. good luck!! btw, this is good for reproductive years and if you menstruate because it contains a good amount of folic acid, calciucm and iron on top of the rest.
