Yep, I bought into the guaranteed results too with this product but I tried it with exercise, calorie counting and eating low fat and it did not work!! Took it for a whole month and did nt lose anything..Do not buy it..It isnt what you think it is.The one that I took had ephedra in it. Hope this helps..
