I have heard alot of people say on messageboards that when they inhale their Advair they get alot of it on their tongue and I was the same and a few weeks ago when I was inhaling I found something that really helps to avoid that. When you are breathing in your dose of Advair literally use the muscles in your tongue and press down, even in your throat use the muscles and press down and then inhale and I don't get hardly any of the medicine on my tongue anymore. At first I got so much of it on my tongue I wondered if any got in my lungs http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif But now I feel alot going in my lung now since I've been doing the holding my tongue and throat down. It's kind of wierd but if you are doing it right, it works. I can feel alot of the medicine going into my lung where as before I couldn't feel much.
