In a relentless search to finding what is wrong with me, I have still have yet to find the cause of my pains & suffering. This brings me here. My symptoms started badly in November, I have always had a problem with my legs "falling asleep" more than the usual person, but it started happening all the time, even when I am not sitting, and it started in my arms too. I wake up in the middle of the night and my toes will be completely numb, my limbs will be "asleep". Then my hands started to really bother me, I would wake up with my hands swollen, and painful. I also have joint pains in my elbows, fingers, wrists & knees. The hands are the worst though, my hands bother me so much that I cant sleep, and more so than the pain it just feels not right. I have terrible pain in my arms, like the muscles or tendons are being stretched. It hurts to hold my arms up. Anyway, my list of woe goes on & on, but the worst of it is my arms pains & hands, the numbness that I get which also happens on the right side of my face, and my newest symptom which is very annoying & scary sometimes, the ALL OVER muscle twitches, and I mean all over, I don't think there is a muscle that hasn't had one, and they are constant, morning, noon & night... as i type this!
I have seen my primary doctor, a rheumatologist, & a neurologist. I have had all kinds of blood work done, my CBC was normal, I was tested for Lupus, ANA & Anti DNA were negative, Sed rate was 1 so it couldn't get lower or more normal than that, however my RA factor came back a little high, normal was between 1-14, and mine came back as 19, then the rheumatologist re did all the blood work again, and it all came back normal EXCEPT for the RA factor which came back slightly higher at 24. The rheumatologist didn't think i had rheumatoid artritis though. Anyway, I also had an MRI of the brain & cervical spine which came back normal, so no MS, and I had an EMG which was also normal. I also don't have Lyme disease, & my B-12 is normal.
With all that said, and just the tip of the ice berg in my pains, Does this sound like it could be Fibro?? I don't know what else to do, and the pain is terrible!

No, it does not sound like fibromyalgia. However, you do need to continue your search in finding out what exactly you do have.
Go to a Medical School or Mayo Clinic, Southwestern Medical School, and others. They are usually willing to search for the real cause of problems and not just a brush off.
