I think they say trim spa is for people over 18..You should see your doctor first your still young and still growing.

Even if we believe the hype about trimspa, and there is no reason to, it does not claim to help deter binge eating.

And, NO weight loss plan--diet, exercise, medicine, all three combined, whatever--will keep you slim after the initial weight loss. Only a change in lifestyle--food discipline AND exercise AND a new mental attitude--will keep weight off for a longer period.

As you probably have heard, losing weight slows the metabolism, so we need exercise and MORE discipline over our eating as we get slimmer. It's not lose the pounds, then relax. Just the opposite.

sorry if this seems like annoying news. It's why, though, so many people fail at this. They are not ready to make a life shift.

You are young enough to do so NOW. Worth doing. If you can, you won't need trimspa. If you can't, even after losing a few pounds with trimspa or otherwise, they may come back.

And like that.

trust me the weight wouldnt come back.. i am very active.. i breakdance alot and lift... i just cant change my eating habits because of depression and stress.. so i want to use trimspa.. not as a quick way out.. but as a way to help me lose weight and see some changes so i get motivated and do the rest on my own..

i am not too fat.. just have some flab i need to get rid of off my waist..

Does Trim Spa really give you energy? That sounds to good to be true. I am thinking of trying it but a little nervous. Can you tell that you have taken anything? Are there any side affects at all? Any jitterness at all? How long before you see a differance? Sorry for all the questions but I am really serious about trying this drug. I hope its as good as it sounds. Anna Nicole looks great and she lost a lot of weight using it. Thanks.

There is no can't. There is only won't (and for that matter, there should be no won't). Find a healthier outlet for your depression.

Trimspa contains synephrine, a little cousin to ephedrine, along with caffeine. It has the potential for both an energy boost and jitteriness. I've never used it, though, so I can't say what it feels like. I'm not a big fan of fat burners myself, but while ephedra's still around, I wouldn't waste my time on this well marketed ephedra free stuff.

I've been taking trim spa since feb. 25th and yes, it does work. I've lost a few pounds already and I feel great! I've yet to experience any side effects. No jitters, no headaches or anything. It has also boosted my energy. The only thing negative that I could say about it is that it seems to not work as strongly for me as it did in the beginning but I still think that I'm going to stick with it a little while longer. I hope this helps you.

Breaker??!!! You haven't even tried trimspa and I just read that you were recommending it to someone else?

I actually had to edit this. I was infuriated with you. But I thought it better to inform you. Shane is giving perfectly valid advice, it's just not as popular as a magic pill. I bet you don't want to believe him, do you?

The problem with products like Trimspa (and yes, I know exactly what's in it) is that they stop working. When they do, you will gain the weight back, or have to deal with the reality of being hungry (moreso than before you started Trimspa).

A good way to think about it, is that the amount your appetite gets suppressed and your energy increased is a debt. And you will repay it (with interest) when Trimspa stops working. Be ready for it.

Someone posted earlier that they had been on it for what..a month or so? I'm not sure exactly, but she stated that it wasn't working as well anymore. This is from a person who likes it!! That's what I'm talking about. It will keep working less and less and less until you feel exactly like "normal" even with it...what about without it? Do not increase the dose!!!

And please be more careful with your advise, you never know what it could do to someone who's only "sin" was to listen to you. Remember, Metabolife was supposed to be healthy, too...until people started dying from one of its main ingredients.

Edit: Make that 2 weeks and its already fading!! Southern girl are you reading this? Be ready. Do not increase the dose!!!

trimspa EF is one of the safest pillS out there... u will only harm yourself if u take more pills then u are supposed to.. i have yet to see one person who has had their body damaged from Trimspa EF.. i actually just bought it earlier today.. and so far i feel great.. and full of energy .... i recommend this pill to anyone who has been trying everything (diets, etc) and need something that really works :)

take a deep breath dave... you seem to be bringing ur own personal anger about something else into the forums

It's not like it's Clenbutrx or anything actually potent (good), so my argument against people under 18 taking it would not relate to possible side effects. My concern, however, would be that you're still growing, and if this really does suppress your appetite, you'll be depriving yourself of vital nutrients. Exception: overdosing, which is one of the culprits in ephedra victims. Even if there have been no overdose victims yet (which I can neither confirm nor eny), there will be eventually. Granted, the people who suffered serious consequences from overdoses had other health issues, such as obesity, heart problems, etc. But the point is if you're going to use it, use it wisely.

I will agree that there is a likelihood of tolerance being built against drugs like this, which will leave you with the choice of stopping it or upping the dose to dangerous levels. As I indicated before, you're better off establishing better ways to deal with stress. I personally toss on the headphones and hit the gym.

I actually meant sean, not shane. But Shane, whose views on this matter are more liberal than mine still has concerns for you.

I was (justifiably) angry because you have no business recommending a stimulant to a 16 year old girl (whew, you should've seen the post before I rewrote it). There is a reason that it says 18 and up. Granted, I could have been softer about it, but the message is still the same. If you choose to ignore the warnings on the label, that is your business. Recommending it to someone else is just irresponsible.

With that out of the way...Believe it or not, I want to help you. Be ready for the effects to wear off. You have mentioned CLA, I agree. Garcinia Combogia also helps to suppress appetite (a little better than CLA for me). Both of those peak the top of the nontoxic scale in animal studies (5000mg/kg) with no ill effects.

Both of them put together will not give the same "I want to go run" energy that Trimspa is giving you right now, but then again, Trimspa won't either soon enough. At least that's what I've been seeing for the last couple of weeks. But GC and CLA can help soften the blow as you try to transition.

I understand your excitement. Having your appetite under control, energy. You think you've found the answer.

I'm not trying to rain on your parade but it's better to be ready. Fair?

I do wish you the best.

Thanks Suthern Gurl, That did help me a lot with my decision. I am glad its working for you, There seems to be a lot of negativity about it , but I guess that comes with the territory. Again thanks for your worfs of encouragement! I am also a southern girl!
