I just had a question about zinc, magnesium, and calcium. I remeber reading somewhere that 2 out of the 3 should not be taken at the same time. Which ones should be taken in separate doses?
Thanks,
N

I've never heard this. After all, magnesium, calcium, and zinc all appear to be present together in most multi-mineral supplements.

You may have read the ZMA label, zinc, mag and b6. The calcium would interfear with what ZMA is suppose to do. It want hurt you but if you are taking it at night time and are taking ZMA, you should leave off the calcium, it will cause it not to work as good.
