I feel so bad for you I wish I had a suggestion... I guess all I can offer is to talk to your doctor about the options you have. He wants to get paid so he should help right? I know my grandmothers perscriptions were paid for by the drug companies. My mother talked to the doctor and he helped her get the forms and signed off on them. It helped out so much...

If you've filed for disability and it's been denied, appeal it. I've heard that some people have had to appeal 3-4 times before being approved. And a lot of people have to get attorneys. But if you get an attorney and finally get disability approved you should get all that back pay. I'm in process of filing disability myself and I'm not looking forward to it. I wish you the best of luck.

Find out if your state has Hill-Burton benefits. This helps to pay for medical care.
