Hey,
I have a question about doctors' policies. Today, I called my doctor to ask for my blood test result. He was busy and unable to pick up. I left my number and he called me back. HOwever I was unable to pick up and he left a voicemail telling me that it was him and the time and that I can reach him tomorrow at 11.
It this a normal procedure in which doctors shouldn't leave test results in voicemail fearing privacy issues arising? He did say that he'll I can reach him tomorrow and didn't seem to be anxious or sounded like an emergency.
Just wondering...
Thanks all!
