I've been trying to tell my husband that since we've been married. I try not to vent to him any more but if I do I try to tell him I'm sorry, this is not meant for you. If I have to vent I try to do it to my girlfriend who understands and vents to me also.

While peri-zappers were developed to help women in peri-menopause, I found relief too (I'm also menopausal). Another thing that's helped me is nutritional/dietary changes. A reknowned nutritionist (Gittleman) has written extensively on both perimenopause and menopause and her stuff has really helped me.
Dr. Phil's wife, Robin, found relief through peri-zappers (they did a whole show on "the change" awhile back) and he's got more info @ his website. ;)

hope this helps! :D
