Has anyone else suffered side effects from multi vitamins? I am on Centrum A-Zinc, and since i have been on them i have been suffering dizziness is this a side effect of the vitamins? has anyone else had side effects from them?

Your multivitamin has Iron, doesn't it?
Iron can cause such symptoms. When choosing multivitamin supplement, choose one with no Iron in it, unless you are an 40+ women.

Centrum is absolute crap. I've talked to numerous health store workers about this, any many have had Centrum customers complain about dizziness, fatigue...and general poor health. It's no wonder. They're synthetic, and pretty much useless.
The best thing you can do is switch to a high quality vitamin, like Natural Factors, or Green Plus Multi.

It could be that you are reacting to the fillers used in the tablets.Just a thought. :) :) :)
