Sometimes I get a tingling sensation on my left and right side temple. It usually comes up when I am tired. Sometimes, if I go to sleep it goes away. Could this be a sign of a stroke or just my body trying to tell me to get some sleep?


The best thing for you to do is at least get a check-up. I have very similar things happen to me, I will experience numbness or tingles in my forehead or temple, or even my face. My symptoms are associated with complicated Migraine. This could be whats happening to you, and you do not always get headache pain with these types of migraine..Just a thought..
