I'm 19. Sexually active. I just recently got a pimple-looking bump by my vagina. I've had it for about 6 days. It hurt like a pimple for about a day and now it doesnt hurt. It actually looks like its gotten smaller and theres no other bumps. It's red around my lips and vagina. There's minimal itching. It burns a little when I pee. Not too bad. I've had to pee a lot lately. I have a little bit of a yellowish smelly vaginal discharge. A little blood too. When I have a bowel movement, is that the medical term for it? Well it burns a little and theres a little blood, only when I have a movement though. It sort of sounds like herpes or gonohrrea or does it sound like something else entirely? I'm really freaking out. I'm going to get tested in 2 days. If someone could give their opinion, I'd really appreciate it, I'm been really stressed out for the past week and I dont have anyone to talk to about it. Oh and I was 2 weeks late for my period, I dont know if that means anything but I just got done with it, it was a couple days longer than usual and it hurt when I took the tampon out.

If you have been having unprotected intercourse, an STD is always an issue, even though the pimple thing hardly sounds like an STD - maybe an infected hair follicle. The discharge might be an STD, but it might also be something else. Seeing a doctor is a good thing. Ask for a complete STD screen - and use condoms!
