Hi!
About a 1-2 months ago i started getting these big (1/8-1/4 inch diameter?), red bumps on my right pinky finger. By now I have quite a few on the sides of my middle, ring, and pinky finger on my right hand, and only about two on my left hand. I attributed this to writing too much and stress at first, but I just went on spring break and more seemed to have appeared. I thought of a bunch of possible attributions: an adderol perscription i just started, (some) shellfish i eat, the cup of berries i eat every morning, my very slight carpal tunnel problems -- i don't know. I researched it a little and found Urticaria to match it to some degree, which would be treated with over the counter antihistamines. I also have a slight series of bumps on my thighs/legs, though they're not as inflamed and not half as big. The ones on my fingers are rather hard, inflamed, not full of fluid, irritating but not necessarily painful or very itchy. Otherwise, my skin is generally rather clear. This really puzzles me, because i eat so perfectly healthy and take a great amount of antioxidants (ALA, co-Q10, NAC) which eliminated the inflammation (acne) on my face. Someone please help? I'd greatly appreciate it.
