Okay this blows but i've been having a kind of skin problem with my penis skin for some time..its like a form of enzema..there are certain white rough skin and it itches like hell..i always try not to scratch but it never goes away nor does it get worse, what is it? Im really irritated by it..

I don't know. Are you sexually active? Have you used condoms? I highly suggest you see a doctor, who can actually examine you and prescribe the proper treatment. No need to be embarassed.

Never really had sex before..all i know was that the rash-like appeared about a year ago before i had a girlfriend so im quite positive that its not sexual activities...
On a side note how does one cure yeast infection? and does it have any permanant effects?

Antifungal cream might help - the stuff used to treat jock itch. There should be few to no side effects. If it doesn't help, see a doctor.
