hey my name is amy i am 17 years old and this past year i have had really bad allergies and when i was younger i found out that i had asthma and latly i have been having really bad watery and red eyes and sneezing but i have noticed that when i try to lay down i have some trouble breathing it is like i have breathe myself on aug1st of 2002 i had my tonsels out my tonsels were very big and i always had trouble breathing when i was trying to sleep and now it is happing again if anyone has any idea what is goin on with me or any ideas of what to try please leave a post

Trouble sleeping is often a sign that the asthma is out of control, but my guess is that you have some kind of nasal symptoms and the stuff from your nose is dripping down the back of your throat at night and making it harder for you to breathe and sleep. You may consider talking to your doctor about an allergy medicine as well as a nasal corticosteroid and irrigation.
