This is awkward but here goes. The skin on my legs has always been on the dry side. I have kept mousturizer on them constantly. Second of all is the hair on my legs. I can shave and still have stubbly legs. I got so tired of this and finally went to have them proffesionally waxed. That didn't even work! They were stubbly after the waxing. Anyone have any ideas?
Thx!

I have battled sry skin for ages. I too have tried everything, nothing seemed to work. Then I found Burt's Bees Buttermilk lotion! I've been using it for a week now and not only has my skin retained it's moisture, but I am no longer scratching.
As far as the stubble, I can't help you there as I don't shave my legs:)
