Hello,
My son age 8 was just diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome and ADHD at the beginning of this school year. I am new to this and still learning about this so I am not sure how much I can help you. I have read that certain vitamin supplements have been helpful for some children. I think there are many different things that may help some and not others. I have my son on Vitamin B6, Magnesium and DMG. I feel they have been helpful to him in the matter of behavior issues and a little in expressive language. If you do a search on autism and vitamins you should find a lot of information about it. There is also a lot of information on this if you do a search on this board. It wasn't a cure all for my son but I do feel it has been helpful for him. Best wishes to you and your granddaughter.
