I am just wondering if anyone finds they are less stressed at certain times of the day. Nighttime used to be bad for me, but this time around, the daytime seems to be worse.

Daytime was always the worst for me.
I was usually very calm at night.

Mornings (for the first hour or 2 after I get up) and evenings seems to be the worst times for me.

It's daytime for me no doubt. I always feel better after I get home, get something to eat and relax.

Nightime is the worst for me.....During the day I am very busy that by the time that I get home at night I can not seem to RELAX at all....I can not even sit to watch tv as I feel way to keyed up and anxious....it sucks!

Evenings r the worst for me! Don't know why? Sometimes in the day but only if I am alone at home!

I never really related this to anxiety/stress but for the past few months I have been unable to read, watch much tv, anything like that. I find I can't concentrate and my mind is too busy :dizzy:
Last night was the first time in quite awhile that I watched some tv.

I get like that when I watch a movie. Reading for some reason helps me concentrate on one subject than multiple things. I usually hate reading!

Daytime is definetly worse for me. I guess I have a lot of time to think during the day. I go to school at night and then go out with my friends a lot. Reading helps me a lot too. It takes my mind somewhere else.
