I have been diagnosed with PCOS. 3 1/2 years ago I gave birth to a healthy baby girl, but during the pregnancy I had a corpus luteum cyst that grew throughout the pregnancy to over 22cm. this baby was conceived with clomid. 1 1/2 years ago i got pregnanct on my own, but no heartbeat was found and my HCG levels were off. i am now pregnant again, again without the use of clomid. i conceived on either March 3 or 4th. on March 15 my HCG level was 498 and my progesterone was 11.8. My nurse practitioner prescribed prometrium and i have been taking 2 pillsa day. on March 18 my HCG level was 1008 and my progesterone level was 11.6. i have been told to take one progesterone pill in the am and now 2 in the pm. on March 22 i am supposed to have my numbers drawn again and then get a progesterone shot if the progesterone is still low

am i at risk of a miscarriage? are my HCG levels right? is this the right way to handle my low progesterone levels? do they make a natrual progesterone in an injectable form? if not what are the risks to the fetus?
