hiya...just joined this message group and noticed you posted a while back asking about the wilbarger protocol (aka the brushing program). i'm a certified occupational therapy assistant who uses it regularly in my therapy sessions. are you still interested in some info on it?

Reply: I don't know if I'm the Peg you're referring to or not. Months ago, I had asked abot the brushing technique and a Mom from another board sent me some printouts re; sensory issues and brushing techique. As it turns out, I found an OT from the ASA list in our grandkids area, called her, and she did an eval. and gave us brushes and instructions. They are going to have more therapy appointments but probably not on just brushing. Mommie's life is so hectic that I don't think she gets in much brushing and I live too far away to be hands on help. But TNX from me, anyway. If it's another Peg, I hope she signs in too.
