here's my history:
ablation in nov 2002 for AVNRT and PSVT. i was cured of my arrythmia's but was left with lower blood pressure, faster heart rate (resting about 90) and my heart has felt like it pounds harder ever since i woke up from surgery, it causes alot of anxiety because i wonder why my heart has never felt the way it used to. whenever i stand up my heart races and pounds very hard. 3 monthes after my ablation i got my first pvc and have had them everyday since then. well im going to try to exercise as much as i can because i know its good for your heart.
i bought an elliptical machine with pulse sensor and when i first start my pulse is usually at 95 and within 2 minutes its up to 198, is that too quickly for my heart to go up so high, my max heart rate is 202 from what i read on the net, but you shouldnt reach your max heart rate until you have been exercising ATLEAST ten minutes. is this something i should worry about??? And about how long after i stop exercising should it take for my heart rate to go back down to 90?? thanks so much...Kim
