i was on the treadmill this morning for about 25 minutes then about an hour later took a shower and i got this sharp pain in the middle of my chest for about 3 seconds which kind of made me light headed. i have been getting pain in my arm the last few weeks so im scared. could the pain be something other than symptoms of a heart attack or heart disease. im nervous now but most is nervousness. please advise

Angina would most likely be experienced during your exercise on the treadmill, rather than after. Also, it is normally described by just about everyone as a dull pain that sets in and persists until their exertion level is decreased. The duration of "pain" should always be more than 3 seconds. The mechanism of blood flow deprivation to the heart muscle won't produce a sharp, short pain.
I would say in this case, it was probably a muscular pain, and I get many of those, curiously on the left side :)
