I have been with my fiance for over two years, but recently within the last two weeks there have been little red spots all over his body that have just appeared. These spots feel rough like dry patches of skin but look real red and look almost like ciggerate burns. They are real round and I am scared that he may have cheated on me and contracted something. Please help, what could this be? We are supposed to be married in two months and I'm scared that he may be cheating.

This does not sound like an STD. I highly recommend he see a doctor, perhaps even a dermatologist, to see what this is. It might be signs of a disease that will require treatment.
