Hi,
Could someone please tell me if these are heart related symptoms?
Lightheaded
Spaced out
Heavy sensations in center of back up to shoulders and into upper arms
Hot/cold and buzzing sensations in same area.
eyes whack
ears full
nose stuffed but dry
My problems all started after back to back to back flu like symptoms. I have not thought about heart problems until now. My GP said my BP readings were different from setting and standing and wants me to have a tilt table test.
What makes me think this is I have been on welbutrin for 3 days and I have not slept good, I feel more lightheaded and spaced, my heart feels like it is pumping harder not faster. Has anyone heard of heart probs causing this?
Thanks
Derek

I dont know if this is what yours is but ALOT of stuff can cause that, please try and not panic man... just let your doc do the TT test, I HEARD it will make a problem with BP show up and they can maybe try and fix it...
I know nothing about this kind of stuff but I know my GERD does me that way... not all those symps but alot of them. My BP changes verry little when I get up though, the top number goes up maybe 10 and the bottom 3

I did panic the first month and figured if it did not kill me then, well. I also have GERD and all this crap started after finishing a months worth of protonix. It is really confusing. It could be this or that. I still always go back to the start where I was sick back to back to back with flu like symptoms. And then nothing makes sence again.

Derek,
Now, that you mention it-most of my long list of symptoms started after a bad flu last year. I have many of the symptoms you listed and many more. My cardiologist told me he thought it was neurological, then the neurologist told me to see another cardiologist. My GP thinks it's all anxiety and my Radiation Onc. thinks it's all thyroid related(I had a total thyroidectomy last july). Now, after seeing too many Dr.'s to count and thousands of dollars in medical bills, I still have no answers.
Good luck with your tilt table test and let me know how it goes. I am trying to find a Dr. who will do this test on me.
Take care, hilery

Thanks hilery,
my GP wants me to see a neurologist first. I hope he knows what he is doing. I would say I am worried because I have no money left and I am having to see a low budget neurologist but my low budget GP was great and very thourough. My wife says it was because it was a she and they are always more compasionate.
I have noticed your name all over the boards just like me. There are just way to many things that cause dizziness. You would think if your dizziness was constant they could narrow it down. You would also think all these docs would work together in saving symptoms and diagnosis from people all over the country so that they could narrow down your problem quicker. I have wasted the last 9 months and no telling how many years that these problems are taking off our lives. I might be the only person in SC who is feeling this way, but it could be common in GA.
Hope you feel better
Keep in touch
Derek
