hi all, I have a question I'm hoping someone can give me some insight on.

I work part time in a pediatrician's office. The office manager is pretty swamped and has asked if I'd be interested in taking on some HR duties. It would include a pay raise in addition to the extra hours. So the job sounds good.

But I don't have a ton of HR experience and I'm a little concerned that its going to be more complicated since its in the healthcare field.

Where do healthcare HR people post notices for job openings? [do not post websites]? How quickly do you tend to get resumes filing in?
