My doctor just put me on CLIMARA PRO estrogen patches to help with my intense hot flashes and sleeping problems. I am 56 and have been menopausal for over five years. I had presistent spotting problems with previous HRT, and my gyn is hoping this new patch which has one of the lowest strengths will help. Is anyone on this and if so has it helped? :wave:
