JGM,
My feet are a mess. They are the primary source of my problems. They burn and tingle and are very tender when I am on my feet a lot. I have tried everything I can think of to try and treat them, but nothing has helped so far.
I have noticed a redness when they are giving me a lot of trouble. I hope you are able to get help for your feet problem.

Hi James. Mine getting burning hot and red - bright red and swollen - always after I've been on them awhile. 10 min. is all it takes. Try taking your shoes and socks off and elevating them on a soft chair for awhile - then the heat escapes and they are better. I have a pinched nerve in one of my feet - entrapment neuropathy - and I am hoping that if it gets better as the nerve damage heals. Also, I'm improving my diet and hoping that helps. -Angie
