Hey All,
Just wanted to know if anyone has been using Fibercon for an extended period of time (it says on the label not to take more than 7 days). I took it about a week ago and saw improvement in my IBS-D almost immediately. I started getting normal sized, less frequent BMs. The abdominal discomfort has gone away as well.

Today I had a major recurrence and had to go to the bathroom at least 6 times. All watery. What's going on? I am getting so desperate. I took an acidophilus today, i hear its been helping a lot of folks.

Other symptoms:
nausea
excessive gas
just feeling crappy.
